Sunday Weekly Gatherings:
Various Christian Formation classes are offered for Adults on Sunday at 10:00 am. (Sept-May)
Seekers Class is offered for 7-8 weeks, usually beginning in February
Other Weekly Gatherings:
The Tuesday Morning Lectionary Bible Study meets via Zoom Tuesday at 10:30 am to read and study the scripture passages for the upcoming Sunday.
The Coffee Club is a Men’s Bible Study that meets every Wednesday at 6:45 am.
WITS (Women in Theological Study) is a women’s group that meets Thursday at 9:30 am to study and discuss a variety of topics and books.
Education for Ministry (EFM) is a 4-year adult formation program, administered by the University of the South, that examines the bible, church history, and Christian theology. (Sep-May)
Morning Prayer is offered via Zoom on Monday mornings at 8:00 am, led by the Franciscans at St. Paul’s.

Christian Formation is offered for all Youth 6th – 12th grades at 10:00 am in Barnabas.

EYG (Episcopal Youth Group) is offered for Youth 6th – 12th grades from 4:30-6:00 pm in Barnabas. (Sep-May). Other special events, lock-ins, outreach projects, and retreats are planned throughout the year.

Children’s Chapel is offered for children through – 5th grade during the 8:45/11:00 am services Sep-May and during the 10:00 am service Jun-Aug.
Christian Formation is offered for Preschool – 5th grade at 10:00 am; curriculum offered is Godly Play. (Sep-May)
St. Paul’s Families Events:
St. Paul’s has an active group of Families who get together for various occasions throughout the year.

Ministries
Contemplative Prayer Group is for those interested in contemplative gatherings. A group gathers every Thursday afternoon via Zoom.
Daughters of the King – DOK The Mary Magdalene Chapter of DOK is a vibrant active group at St. Paul’s. DOK is an order for women committed to service and prayer.
The Bad Girls Book Club meets monthly on a Tuesday evening to discuss selected books.
Heart Notes is a small group of people, rotating monthly, to write notes to parishioners unable to attend church for extended periods of time.
The Men of St. Paul (MOSP) is an active fellowship of men. All men of the parish are welcomed and encouraged to participate.
Women of St. Paul’s (WSP) is an active fellowship of women. All women of the parish are welcomed and encouraged to participate.
Young Adults is an active group of adults in their 20’s and 30’s, who get together monthly for dinner or an outing.
Feed My Sheep/Meal Baby prepares and delivers meals, short-term, to parishioners who are ill, recovering from an illness, injury or surgery, or who have had a baby.
Pastoral Visitors visit parishioners who, for varying reasons, are unable to come to church or be involved in church activities.
The Maker’s Table welcomes all artists and those interested in embarking on a creative journey of any sort, the opportunity and space to gather.
Kairos is a journaling group that meets three or four times every month just to write — our own unique thoughts and memories — using suggested writing prompts.
Stephen Ministry is a lay-lead pastoral ministry with one-to-one caring for persons experiencing grief, pain, transitions, illness, loneliness or any other hardship that comes their way.
Lord’s Lift offers parishioners who are unable to drive transportation to church on Sunday. This ministry is fueled by parishioners volunteering to drive and parishioners needing rides.
Garden Guild offers parishioners an opportunity to help plant, water, and weed our beautiful Courtyards and landscaped areas.
Recycling at St. Paul’s offers parishioners the opportunity to get involved in helping recycle at the church.
Senior Adult Ministry – Pathfinders provides a variety of programs and activities, geared and designed for people 55 years of age and older.
Grief Support Group is for anyone experiencing grief of any kind. Grief Support Group meets on the 1st/3rd Wednesdays of every month from 10:00-11:00 am
Holy Hikes-Middle Tennessee offers to anyone, any age, an opportunity to experience something like a progressive Eucharist outdoors. Holy Hikes-Middle Tennessee gathers once a month, weather permitting.
Worship
Ministries
Altar Guild Prepares the Altar for services and maintain the linens, vestments, and silver.
Ushers Greet parishioners and visitors at services, take temperatures, distribute bulletins, and assist with seating.
Oblationers Present gifts of bread and wine at the offertory.
Chalice Bearers Assist the priest at the altar with serving communion.
Readers/Intercessors Read the Lessons and the Prayers of the People at the services.
Acolytes/Torch Bearers/Crucifers Serve in the service by either carrying a torch (Torch Bearer) or by carrying the cross (Crucifer). Youth who are 4th grade age can begin as a Torch Bearer.
Eucharistic Visitors Take Holy Communion to people in hospitals, assisted living facilities, and homes, who are unable to come to church services.
Music Ministry Participate in regular services or special services through music: Adult Choir, Hand Bell Choir, or Children’s Choir.

Love Thy Neighbor is a ministry focused on putting God’s love into action by preparing and serving meals, offering hands-on help, and providing various resources to people in need.
Spring Street Seniors Outreach program hosts approximately 40 low-income senior citizens from the Franklin community, usually on the last Thursday of the month, for entertainment, an activity or project, and lunch. (Sep-May)
CiTY serves 300-400 of our homeless brothers and sisters in Nashville at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church (CiTY-Church in The Yard) and under the Jefferson Street Bridge. We prepare and serve meals on the 3rd Sunday of the month.
St. Paul’s Food Pantry provides non-perishable food to anyone who comes by looking for help. We welcome donations and contributions to the the Jefferson Street Bridge. We prepare and serve meals on the 3rd Sunday of the month.
Meals on Wheels delivers meals to about 120 people in Franklin city limits every week. Volunteers from St. Paul’s deliver on the 3rd Wed. and Fri. of every month and an occasional Monday.
St. Paul’s Corner Gift Shop is in Reception area inside the front office entrance. Gift Shop proceeds benefit, Thistle Farms, Historic Committee, Music Ministry, Flower Guild, and Outreach Ministry. On Fridays, free tours are offered of the church. Volunteer to be a Docent or work the Gift Shop.
Birthday Outreach Ministry gathers on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at Charter Senior Living of Franklin from 12:40-1:30 pm, to celebrate monthly birthdays of the residents.
Room in the Inn Ministry participates with Franklin First United Methodist Church (FFUMC) in various ways, when FFUMC hosts homeless guests as part of their Room in the Inn program in the winter.
